I thought up a story idea and started writing randomly once. Do you guys think its any good whatsoever?

Holy shit... I know I shouldn't be panicking and I probably need to calm down, but its just to much... Its as if a few minutes ago I was with my friends getting ready to go down the ledge and then I was plummeting down and smashed my head on a rock... My head... Their was a a bandage on it...
